CIBC Asset Management Inc. today announced the launch of CIBC Market Neutral Fund, which provides exposure to a fund of hedge funds managed by Gottex Fund Management, an award-winning hedge fund manager.

CIBC Market Neutral Fund is targeted to qualified investors that want to generate investment growth while preserving their capital. The fund aims to earn consistent, positive returns, regardless of whether the markets are heading up or down, through market-neutral trading strategies that attempt to capture opportunities in markets where traditional investment strategies cannot.
