is pleased to announce the launch of the
Roundtable Growth Fund, Ltd. (the “Fund”)
commencing July 1, 2015. The investment objective of
the Fund is to maximize long-term capital
appreciation. The Fund will seek North American
investment opportunities that are not well followed
by the investment community. The Fund will invest
across a wide spectrum of capitalizations and will
apply bottom-up investing principles.

record of success,"
said Jim Allan, Chairman of Roundtable Capital
Partners Inc. The Fund is modelled after the
Roundtable Growth Fund, domiciled in Toronto, Canada
which has
outperformed the Scotia Hedge Fund Index, the S&P/TSX
Index and the S&P/TSX Small Cap Index in each
calendar year since its inception in December
of 2008. As of May 31, 2015, the Fund has a 19.6%
compound annual growth rate (CAGR) and an
annualized Alpha of 12.0% versus the S&P/TSX.
Jim Allan, CFA, MBA will serve as the Fund’s
portfolio manager. Mr. Allan is a founding partner
and Chairman of Roundtable Capital Partners Inc., a
Canadian-based investment management firm. Before
founding Roundtable, Jim was the Vice President of
Portfolio Management at a boutique, Toronto-based
asset management firm from 1999 to 2005 where he
managed large and small capitalization portfolios.
During his tenure at the firm, the funds in which
Jim was listed as a portfolio manager were
consistently top-quartile performers within their
respective peer groups. He received the Chartered
Financial Analyst designation in 2000, is a member
of the CFA Society of The Bahamas and the CFA
Institute, is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities
Institute, a Qualified Family Office Professional,
sits on the Investment Committee of the Lyford Cay
Foundation, and is a registered director with the
Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
The Board of Directors of the Roundtable Growth
Fund, Ltd. consists of Geoffrey Spidle (Canada),
James Allan (Bahamas), Darren Stark (Barbados) and
Wayne Ross (Cayman Islands). Scotia Capital is the
prime broker to the Fund and CommonWealth Fund
Services (Barbados) Ltd. is the Fund’s
administrator. Maples and Calder provides counsel to
the Fund, Maples Corporate Services Limited serves
as the Fund’s registered office and KPMG LLP is the
Fund’s auditor.
