newly established independent
third-party administrator

the former managing director and
director of operations for Apex
Fund Services (US) Inc.

About Vince Sarullo
Vincent M. Sarullo is
Co-founder/Managing Director of
Tower Fund Services LLC.
Responsible for the firm's
overall development, he has over
20 years of experience in the
financial services industry,
most recently establishing the
US operations of Apex Fund
Services in 2008. He worked on
setting up and bringing to
market over 30 funds during this
period, and grew the business to
over a dozen staff, servicing
over 75 funds with $2 billion in
assets under administration.
Vince has also served as CFO/CCO
for Terrapin Asset Management
which offered hedge funds, fund
of funds and private equity
investment platforms. Prior to
that he spent over a decade as
CFO for Private Equity firms
Butler Capital and Odyssey
Investment Partners. Vince, a
Certified Public Accountant and
a graduate of St. John's
University with a BS in
Accounting, started his career
at Deloitte & Touche in their
New York financial services and
real estate groups. He also
currently serves on The Hedge
Fund Association’s northeast
regional advisory board.
About Kinjal Amin
Kinjal A. Amin is
Co-founder/Managing Director of
Tower Fund Services LLC. His
vast experience spans hedge
funds, fund of funds, private
equity funds, and other forms of
investment vehicles. He was
previously the Director of
Operations at the Florida office
of Apex Fund Services, with
direct responsibility for
on-boarding, preparing, and
reviewing accounting and tax
work for over 75 alternative
investment funds. Prior to Apex,
he served as a supervisor at a
boutique tax and advisory firm
preparing tax reporting for
sizable hedge fund partnerships.
He has also previously spent
time in audit and litigation
services for two top tier public
accounting firms. Kinjal, a New
Jersey CPA and a member of the
AICPA, earned his Bachelor in
Science degree in Accounting and
Bachelor of Arts in Economics
from Rutgers University.
