Arrow Capital Management Inc. announces closer partnership with Garrison Hill Capital Management Inc

Garrison Hill Capital Management Inc. (“Garrison Hill”), a Canadian based “global macro” investment management firm announced today that it has entered into a comprehensive arrangement with Arrow Capital Management Inc. (“Arrow Capital”) which will result in a closer partnership between the two firms.
Arrow Capital, already a direct investor in the Garrison Hill Macro Opportunities LP (the “Fund”) through its Arrow Maple Leaf Fund, will now be making the Fund strategy available directly to investors through its Global Manager Series Solutions as the “Garrison Hill Fund”.

In addition, Arrow Capital has acquired the right to become a significant minority shareholder in Garrison Hill. Arrow Capital will also be providing Garrison Hill additional operational, compliance and risk management support in order to further strengthen the offering to investors.

The Fund has a global mandate and can invest in equities, fixed income, commodities, and currencies. The Fund has the full flexibility to use long/short or relative value strategies in any asset class and seeks to exploit the best opportunities globally. The Fund has the ability to adjust to rapidly changing global conditions in order to preserve capital and seek unique sources of returns. The Fund is available to accredited investors only.
