Arrow Hedge Partners Inc. Announces that Arrow Focus Fund is Open for New Purchases

TORONTO, Nov. 24 /CNW/ - Jim McGovern, Managing Director and CEO of Arrow
Hedge Partners Inc. of Toronto, Canada is pleased to announce that the Arrow
Focus Fund is now open and available for new purchases.
    The Arrow Focus Fund is part of the Arrow Fund of Funds line up which
already includes the Arrow Global Equity Long/Short Fund, the Arrow Enhanced
Income Fund and the Arrow Multi-Strategy Fund.
    The investment objective of the Focus Fund is to generate capital
appreciation that exceeds the growth rate of major equity indices. The Fund
generally allocates to 5 - 10 Arrow underlying funds. The Fund aims to reduce
its volatility by diversification across fund managers, but will be more
concentrated than the Arrow Multi-Strategy Fund by investing larger amounts in
a smaller number of Underlying Funds. The Arrow Focus Fund invests in
underlying hedge funds that employ a variety of strategies, including, but not
limited to long and short equity, merger arbitrage, high yield securities,
convertible bond arbitrage, global macro and equity market neutral.
