Temporary Orders Against Portus Extended Again

The Ontario Securities Commission has decided to extend an order against hedge fund Portus Alternative Asset Management and Portus executive Boaz Manor, barring them from carrying on any business activity pending a hearing now rescheduled for Sept. 16. The order was set to expire May 17.
