BluMont Strategic Partners Hedge Fund Annual Meeting Adjourned Until July 8, 2004

BluMont Strategic Partners Hedge Fund (TSX:BSP.UN) (the "Fund") announced that today's annual meeting of unitholders of the Fund has been adjourned, as a quorum was not present. A new meeting date and time has been set at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on Thursday, July 8, 2004 at the offices of Fogler, Rubinoff LLP, Suite 4400, Royal Trust Tower, Toronto-Dominion Centre, Toronto, Ontario. Quorum for the reconvened meeting will be the unitholders of the Fund present in person or by proxy.
