PCE Investors and Cushman & Wakefield offer start-up solution for hedge fund managers

PCE Investors, a London-based hedge fund operations service provider, has announced an agreement with real estate advisor Cushman & Wakefield to offer a one-stop-shop solution to emerging and established hedge fund managers that are setting up a new office or require support when entering a new market.

'PCE's virtual COO support model, combined with Cushman's real estate expertise, means that hedge fund managers can specify exactly what they need and then walk through the door into a fully operational, fully independent office,' says PCE Investors president George Cadbury.

'Whether you are just starting out or an established player entering a new market, office location, infrastructure set-up, legal, tax, regulatory and compliance considerations all play a part in successfully opening a new office.'

The new service will offer funds office sourcing, back- and middle-office systems, operations support, risk management, legal and compliance support, on-site IT and the option of distribution.

Founded in 1998, PCE Investors currently provides operational and infrastructure support, compliance, risk management, fund set-up and marketing services to 20 emerging and established hedge funds with more than USD1.5bn in combined assets under management.

Cushman & Wakefield is a privately-owned commercial real estate services firm with 221 offices in 59 countries, serving a customer base ranging from small businesses to multinationals. Its services include capital markets activities, such as property sales, investment management, valuation services, investment banking, debt and equity financing.
