Rob Davis is stepping down as chairman and president of Hedge Funds Care (HFC).

Deutsche Bank hedge fund executive John Budzyna is replacing Davis. Budzyna will assume leadership of the industry nonprofit in November.

Budzyna will have a two-year term as chairman and president.

Davis, who founded Hedge Funds Care in 1998, will remain with the charity, sitting on its board. Davis called his move part of a "decision to establish a new leadership that will take the organization forward."

Davis is a prime brokerage veteran. HFC has raised $24 million. The organization is committed to helping abused and traumatized children.
