Annex Association ex-chair wanted in fraud allegations |

A former chairman of the Annex Residents' Association is wanted in the alleged defrauding of investors of $400,000.
An arrest warrant for John Bygott of Toronto was issued yesterday. The 56-year-old faces seven counts of fraud over $5,000, and six counts of uttering a forged document.
Toronto police say Mr. Bygott was promoting a "high-yield hedge fund" to potential investors using forged documents.
