Author and money manager Daniel Strachman published a book this month detailing how to start a hedge fund. His Fundamentals of Hedge Fund Management is on sale at Amazon.com.
The online retailer is offering the book for $59.85, although the price can also vary from $46 to $60, depending on the individual seller.
The 177-page hardcover, published by Wiley Finance, is focused on operating a hedge fund as a business, covering how to select a prime broker, build an infrastructure and market.
Strachman wrote a similar book, Getting Started in Hedge Funds, in 2005. He also authored a 2004 book on hedge fund manager Julian Robertson.
He is the managing partner of New York-based A & C Advisors.
