East Brunswick, NJ -- January 10, 2007 -- The SkyRankTM System of Hedge Fund Ratings is pleased to announce the release of its new hedge fund ratings subscription product which uses the MorningstarR high quality hedge fund data engine. Over 6,000 hedge funds, funds of funds, and commodity trading advisors are analyzed. Up to 12 SkyRank ratings and up to 50 fields of data per fund are presented. SkyRank provides its Absolute, Lettered, and Relative SkyRank Ratings which are further broken down into 1-year, 3-year, 5-year, and Composite Ratings for all of the funds, depending upon the length of service of the funds. The SkyRank System of Hedge Fund Ratings was created to mirror the changing hedge fund industry, and its design is flexible in nature to accommodate that function. SkyRank was first created in early 2003, and it is largely considered to be the Standard Hedge Fund Rating MethodologyTM in the industry. SkyRank offers free limited on-line access to the service, and for a small monthly fee unlimited access to the 6,000 funds and all data fields.
